He revamped the Chat experience with user profiles, which increased subscriptions, and built new features like Notebook and Doubts (with voting) to improve user experience. He also increased Typescript coverage by 20% to improve code quality and set up a dashboard on Kibana for the Web platform to increase analytics coverage. Additionally, he helped introduce ESLint and relative paths to improve the developer experience and created documentation for newcomers to reduce onboarding time.
